Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Square Processor all available at checkout.

Paying with multiple payment methods. At this time, we are not able to accept multiple payment methods.

Shipping. Orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. That does not include shipping time.

Order Status. To check your order status, login to your account. You will also receive an email when your order ships. For additional information, please email info@competitionkit.com.

Order Problems. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing us at info@competitionkit.com.

Security. Ordering online is secure! Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every transaction between our servers and your computer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges. Refunds, returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be unworn and have original packaging. Shoes must not be worn or have tanning product stains. Do not apply a shipping label directly on the shoe box, it will be refused. There are NO RETURNS on waist shapers. For fast processing, send an email to info@competitionkit.com with the tracking information and order number. Refunds, returns and exchanges are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping fees and there will be a $15 Re-Stocking fee as well. Send returns to:

Product Availability. All items on competitionkit.com are in-stock and ready to ship.

Shipping Methods: We offer flat rate, $11 ground shipping within the US. Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipping can be requested by changing the shipping method from ground to air. UPS shipping rates will apply. International Shipping rates with be calculated by UPS or USPS.
